We have a 14 day money back guarantee return policy, however some items are not eligible depending on supplier requirements. Please check our Returns Policy for further details.
- What are the shipping options?
Depending on the item you have purchased, your location and the location of the item, it may vary. General shipping is 2-10 days, however some shipping is currently delayed due ongoing distribution issues related to COVID-19. Express shipping is available for certain products upon request. - What do I do if I never received my order?
Although shipping is out of our control once the item has been dispatched, we will do everything we can to make sure you get your items. Contact us at hello@outbackers.com.au with your order number and shipping information. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue.

- How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?
Contact us at hello@outbackers.com.au immediately with a copy of your transaction receipt. We will be in contact with you asap to resolve the issue. We cannot stop an item if it has already been despatched from the warehouse. If the transaction is halted in time we can definitely assist your enquire. If the item has already been despatch then you can return the item, however shipping and restocking fees may apply.
